At least 48 hours must be given by you or your instructor, if there is a need to cancel or rearrange a lesson booking. Failure to give this notice will result in a valid claim for an equivalent value in compensation.
Your Driving Instructor also has the final decision on your ability to take a driving test, and to withdraw the use of the tuition vehicle for your test.

As you can appreciate, during a lesson our time is devoted solely to the pupil. As such we are unable answer phone calls whilst we are teaching.
